Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the game Project2 ('Game') developed by Shady Gorilla Games ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using the Game you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Game.

2. Data Collection and Use

We collect data regarding your interaction with the Game, including but not limited to locations of clicks, navigation paths, advertising interactions, and in‑game behaviours ('Usage Data'). 3. In‑Game Purchases

1. The Game offers the option to purchase in‑game items or advantages ('In‑App Purchases' or 'IAP').
2. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways provided by the applicable app store. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Purchases are non‑refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for securing your account and payment information.

4. Advertisements

1. The Game displays advertisements supplied through Unity Ads Mediation, which may include inventory from multiple advertising networks. Advertisements support the development and maintenance of the Game.
2. Third‑party ad partners may collect information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and device information to deliver personalised or contextual ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3. We do not control the content of third‑party advertisements and are not responsible for any goods or services advertised. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Account, Login, and Deletion

1. Certain features require that you create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time by opening the Settings panel on the Battle/Home screen and selecting Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your saved progress that is stored on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to software, artwork, audio, text, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorised use of any part of the Game is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this section and, where appropriate, by other means. Your continued use of the Game after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

1. Personal Information: We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., during account creation or support requests). This may include your name, e‑mail address, and payment information.
2. Usage Data: Automatically collected data about how you interact with the Game, including clicks, level progression, session duration, and advertising interactions.
3. Device Information: Non‑personal details about the device you use, such as model, operating system, language, time zone, and unique identifiers.
4. Advertising Data: Unity Ads Mediation and its integrated advertising partners may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), coarse location, and other signals to serve, personalise, and measure ads.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
• To personalise gameplay, ads, and offers;
• To process IAP transactions;
• To communicate with you, including updates and support;
• To analyse and understand usage patterns and ad effectiveness;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information:

• With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors, ad networks) that process data on our behalf under written agreements;
• With advertising partners via Unity Ads Mediation to deliver and measure ads;
• When required by law or to respond to legal process;
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Shady Gorilla Games, users, or the public;
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as merger or acquisition.

4. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected such information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access & Correction: You may access or correct personal information in the account settings.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from the Battle/Home screen → Settings → Delete Account.
• Opt‑Out of Ads Personalisation: Most mobile platforms allow you to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated in‑game or via other reasonable means.
